1. How long is handcrafting for custom products?
It requires 3 - 7 days.
2. What is the size of the uploaded image?
A high-resolution picture comes out better. Image size larger than 1000 x 1000 pixels is the best. For products engraving smaller images, 800 x 600 pixels is also good. 
3. How do I know my uploaded image is suitable for printing?
We have plenty of experience in producing custom photo products. We will contact you if there is an issue.  
4. Can I cancel my order for custom products?
Yes, we guarantee a full refund before handcrafting; no reason asked. (5-10% of processing fee may apply for the refund)
5. Can I change the options or image after payment?
Yes, you can make any change before handcrafting. (For products engraving text only, handcrafting starts soon after the order.)
6. Can I return or refund a custom product?
The custom products can only be returned or refunded if defective or damaged.
7. Do all products include Gift Boxes?                 
Only products with specific notice include gift boxes. Most products do not have packaging boxes; contact us if you need a gift box.
