It requires 3 - 7 days.
2. What is the size of the uploaded image?
A high-resolution picture comes out better. Image size larger than 1000 x 1000 pixels is the best. For products engraving smaller images, 800 x 600 pixels is also good.Â
3. How do I know my uploaded image is suitable for printing?
We have plenty of experience in producing custom photo products. We will contact you if there is an issue. Â
4. Can I cancel my order for custom products?
Yes, we guarantee a full refund before handcrafting; no reason asked. (5-10% of processing fee may apply for the refund)
5. Can I change the options or image after payment?
Yes, you can make any change before handcrafting. (For products engraving text only, handcrafting starts soon after the order.)
