Shipping

Order as early as possible to ensure the gift arrives on time. 

• Free Worldwide Shipping applies to ALL products in the shop.
• Contact us if you read, "We do not ship to the place you are located."  In most cases, we can arrange free shipping.
• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday).
• Custom products require 2-5 business days to handcraft.
• Shipping to Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States generally takes 8 - 15 business days from our international warehouse. (There may be delays due to peak periods or public holidays)

Express Shipping:
Express shipping maybe available with an extra charge. Contact us for the exact amount.

You will get the Tracking Number to track the package online with the confirmation email.
