Our 75-DAY REFUND policy covers all products. There is a money-back guarantee if you do not receive your order.


Our 30-DAY RETURN policy allows you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request for a return is approved, we will notify you with a return shipping label and instructions on sending back your package.
We will not process products sent to us without requesting a return beforehand.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund before the item has been handcrafted (custom products), processed, or shipped. (5-10 % of the processing fee may apply for the refund)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, a wrong item, or any other issues so that we can evaluate the case and make it right.

For general or custom products, contact us within 5 days after packages are delivered.
For electronic products, contact us within 10 days after packages are delivered.

If there is an inconsistent measurement with the product’s size chart, we will offer a replacement or refund after approval.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (special orders or personalized items), and goods with hygienic concerns cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the non-returnable items.

Refund Notification

If your request for a refund is approved, we will notify you. We will refund you through your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
